I just ended a phone call with Bill, a pharmacist, and was taken back by how rude and unprofessional the phone call was. Every question came out snarky and arrogant. After being unsuccessful in filling a prescription, I told him thank you sir, and he said not one word and hung up the phone. I intend to speak with Holla, the pharmacy manager, on Monday. I will plan to take my business elsewhere. It is unfortunate, because it has been my local CVS since I was 5 years old.
